Exercise your right to return the product purchased at Meu Pet Gringo within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving it, without the need to provide justification. This deadline is applicable to all non-perishable or durable consumer products.

2. Conditions for requesting a refund:

To request a return, make sure that the product has not been used and is in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with all accessories and manuals that accompany it.

3. Photographic record:

Facilitate the return process by taking photos of the product inside the original packaging, in order to prove the condition of the product before return. This helps us check if the product was damaged during return shipping.

4. Procedure for requesting a refund:

Please contact our customer service team to request a return. Enter the order number, product name, reason for return and send photos of the product in the original packaging.

Once the request is confirmed, our team will provide a postage code for returning the product. Return shipping will be the responsibility of Meu Pet Gringo.

5. Deadline for refund:

After we receive the returned product, we will analyze it to ensure it is in perfect condition. If everything is correct, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the product, including shipping costs.

The refund will be made within 15 (fifteen) business days, using the same payment method used by the consumer at the time of purchase.

Comments:

According to the Consumer Protection Code, products that are defective within the warranty period must be repaired or replaced, at no cost to the consumer.
